Yes, we collect from both Terminals 1 and 2. For a small fee we can offer you a “Meet & Greet” service where we will come and meet you in the Arrivals Hall with a name card and help you to the van with your bags.
Most importantly, please keep the phone number for Child Friendly Taxi in with your travel documentation. We will always endeavour to monitor all incoming flights to the best of our ability. When you arrive please turn on your phone, the driver will contact you within 30 minutes of your flight landing. If for some reason you do not receive a text or phone call please call us to arrange a collection point. If your flight is delayed please do your best to let us know.
While we specialise in our Child Friendly Taxi service we are all regular, full-time taxi drivers so we can be booked for all your taxi needs, not just child seat fares. We offer “normal” taxi bookings, deliveries, house moving, private tours and outings etc.
All the drivers are licensed to operate within the Greater Dublin area but we can drop off or collect outside of this area once booked in advance.
Yes, as part of the Taxi Driver licensing process all drivers must first get Garda clearance checks done.
